• Appointment times
• Mobility requirements
• Wheelchair details
• Passenger contact details

Passenger Assist Cambridgeshire Limited reserves the right to refuse transport where:

• Safety may be compromised
• Incorrect information has been provided
• Vehicles are unsuitable for passenger requirements
• Abusive or threatening behaviour occurs

Estimated collection and arrival times may occasionally be affected by traffic conditions, road closures, weather conditions or delays outside of our control.

Passenger Assist Cambridgeshire Limited provides non-emergency passenger transport services only and is not an ambulance or emergency medical provider.
