The service has always been useful and friendly - Mohammed, is always happy to help and lend a hand patient and understanding on all accounts. Also very experienced with dealing with people with physical and mental impairment and when I first used passanger assist I was anxious about using taxis but with there assistance and understanding I feel safe and respected with every journey and even on phone lines respectful and friendly.

We found Passenger Assist Mobility and Disabled Passenger Taxis, who came immediately to take us to the hospital for an appointment.
