Cancellation Policy

Passenger Assist Cambridgeshire Limited operates structured advanced bookings and allocates specialist vehicles and drivers accordingly.

Where possible, a minimum of 48 hours notice is requested for cancellations.

Late cancellations may incur charges where:

• A vehicle has already been dispatched
• A driver has been allocated specifically for the booking
• Long-distance travel arrangements have been scheduled

Same-day cancellations or non-attendance may be charged in full.
