Calm, supportive transport for everyday needs

 

Passenger Assist provides pre-booked shopping and assisted errand transport for disabled, elderly and vulnerable passengers who need extra support to travel safely and comfortably.

 

All journeys use wheelchair-accessible vehicles (WAVs) with tail-lift access, secure wheelchair restraints, side steps and grab handles. Our drivers are MiDAS trained, First Aid trained, disability aware and enhanced DBS checked, ensuring calm, respectful assistance at every stage.

 

We help with:

•Supermarket and local shopping trips

•Pharmacy and prescription collections

•Post office, bank and short errands

•Waiting support while errands are completed

 

Our 5, 6 and 8-seater WAVs can carry wheelchair users plus carers or family members, with space for foldable mobility aids and shopping bags.

 

Journeys are never rushed and are planned to allow extra time where needed.
