Passenger Assist works with care homes, families and support providers to deliver safe, dignified and reliable transport for residents requiring additional assistance. We understand the importance of continuity, reassurance and patient-focused transport for vulnerable passengers.
We provide specialist transport for care homes, supported living providers and assisted accommodation. Drivers are MiDAS-trained, DBS-checked and briefed in advance, providing calm, respectful door-to-door assistance for residents with mobility needs, dementia or learning disabilities.
Accounts available for families & organisations
Families, carers or appointees can open accounts on behalf of vulnerable passengers.
Corporate and care-provider accounts are also welcome.
Registered Assistance Dogs Welcome
Passenger Assist is an assistance-dog-friendly transport service. Registered assistance dogs, including guide and hearing dogs, are always welcome at no extra charge.
Our spacious wheelchair-accessible vehicles provide a comfortable environment for both passengers and their assistance dogs, and our drivers are trained to support journeys with care and respect.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you are travelling with an assistance dog.
