Passenger Assist works alongside patients, families, care homes and healthcare professionals to provide planned discharge transport where a passenger is medically fit for discharge and requires safe onward travel. Transport is provided on a pre-booked basis and is not intended to replace NHS ambulance services or emergency patient transport provision.
